Delivery times The delivery time depends on various factors, such as the destination of the vehicle, the shipping method, and the customs clearance processes. Beyond Cars Japan cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, as it is influenced by external factors.
Shipping costs The shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, size, and weight of the vehicle. Beyond Cars Japan will discuss the shipping costs with the customer before the purchase of the vehicle.
Insurance All vehicles are insured during transport to cover damages caused by external influences.
Customs clearance The customer is responsible for customs clearance and any associated costs. However, Beyond Cars Japan will gladly assist the customer in organizing customs clearance if needed.
Inspection and Pickup The customer has the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before shipment. The pickup of the vehicle can take place either directly at the port or at an agreed location.
Liability Beyond Cars Japan assumes no liability for delays or damages caused by external influences or transportation. The customer is responsible for the receipt and condition of the vehicle after pickup.
